Avian Boarding

Ziggy's Haven is pleased to provide long
and short term avian boarding.  We
started boarding when we realized that
some people were surrendering their
parrots because they could not find a
place to take them for an extended
period of time.  

Many people were traveling overseas.  
They used to take their birds
with them but with the ban on birds
coming in or out of the country due to
the "bird flu", they were forced to leave
their feathered companions behind.  

Since we would much rather the bird
remain in his forever home, we offered to
board these birds at a reasonable cost.  
Long and short term rates vary
depending on the species, number of
birds and length of stay.  A copy of a
recent veterinary exam including lab
work must be sent in prior to your bird
being placed with us.  Please contact us
